  We provide on-site automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for:

  • Individual vehicle owners

  • Fleet accounts (priority scheduling available)

All services are subject to technician availability, safe working conditions, and parts availability.

Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle information when booking.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are based on visible inspection and reported issues.

  • Final pricing may change if additional problems are discovered.

  • Customer approval will be obtained before additional repairs.

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Fleet accounts may qualify for invoicing terms.

  • Late payments may incur fees.

  • We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 72-hour notice required for cancellations.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a trip fee.

  • No-shows may be charged a service call fee.

Customer Responsibilities

  Customers agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible workspace.

  • Ensure the vehicle is legally parked.

  • Secure pets and personal belongings.

  • Disclose known mechanical issues.

Limitation of Liability

  Mobile Tech Wally is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage.

  • Personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Delays due to parts or weather.

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

Right to Refuse Service

  We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Work conditions are unsafe.

  • Customer behavior is inappropriate.

  • The repair presents excessive risk.
